Phoenix, Spy-Eye and Citadel has wreaked havoc against financial institutions and their members.  Steve will explain how these applications
in combination with social engineering and hacking techniques are leveraged against you and your credit unions.  The presentation will
cover actual cases that involved these applications as well as explain in detail how the crimes were committed.   Steve will teach you what

by and between employees can reveal important company information or even security flaws that can be used to compromise the security
controls of a financial institution.  Steve will explain the tools and techniques that are used to mine the data and then how the data is
leveraged against the individuals as well as an institution.   Within an hour of this presentation, you will learn how these crafty hackers
steal an identity, defeat the perimeter controls of a network and then ultimately gain physical access to the facility.
